Enterprise Account Executive PlanITROI is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for our Inbound Supply business to continue to build and grow our Asset Disposition Team. This is an individual contributor role, in securing new business with enterprise clients that ideally own devices with a minimum of 10,000+ computing users. The responsibility is to develop new business by producing leads through all forms of modern communication daily while monitoring and measuring all communication activities inside Salesforce. The goal is to target net new enterprise accounts to close business to increase revenue.

A successful candidate is highly skilled in new business prospecting and development and is an expert at complex sales. The ideal candidate will have well-established relationships with IT and Procurement decision-makers from large-scale organizations with 10,000+ computing users. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling computing hardware and services such as deployments, repairs, upgrades, trade-ins, lifecycle, and managed services programs.

This position is remote on EST/CST only.

Mission: The mission of this role is to secure long-term master services agreements by presenting PlanITROI's unique, and secure purpose-driven ITAD programs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prospect through all means of modern business communications daily, such as but not limited to: phone calls, voicemails, emails, text, social media, trade shows, events, etc. directly with key decision makers, (“C Level”, IT, Procurement, Security, ESG, CSR) focused on large organizations, buying computing, infrastructure, and mobile solutions with a focus on Hardware Deployments/Redeployments, IT Asset Disposition-Recovery/Recycling and Depot Repair services.

  • Develop and market service offerings positioning PlanITROI as the market leader in secure ITAD and lifecycle services.

  • Build and present PlanITROI value proposition through PowerPoint and webinars.

  • Seek and respond to RFI, RFP, and RFQ based on our ideal client profile.

  • Manage and maintain a strong pipeline with good hygiene best practices in Salesforce.

  • Determine, implement, and execute strategic sales plans, quotas, forecasts, and budgets.

  • Measure, track & report against your annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals.

  • Present quarterly business reviews to the executive team, reporting on attainment and future quarterly plans and strategies to meet and exceed goals.

  • Travel to prospects, clients, and trade shows as needed.

    Requirements & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Development/Enterprise Account Executive capacity.

  • Must have established relationships with key decision makers within large enterprises buying computing, infrastructure, and mobile solutions focused on hardware deployments/redeployments, IT Asset Disposition (Recovery/Recycling), and depot repair services.

  • Must have a proven track record of high-performance sales, with at least 10% new growth YoY to key IT decision-makers within large-scale organizations with 10,000+ computing users.

  • Expert in creating and presenting in PowerPoint, with the ability to make a complex sale look easy.

  • Experienced in implementing strategic sales plans, quotas, forecasts, and budgets.

  • Extensive experience responding to RFPs and building proactive proposals to solicit new business.

  • Experience leveraging industry associations & clients for referrals.

  • Experienced in the Microsoft Suite, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
