In this role, you will drive client outcomes and value through day-to-day partnership with clients and internal teams. You accomplish this by leading the orchestration of Epsilon teams, products, and services to deliver high quality contracted work in a consistent manner across functional teams to make it easier for clients to work with Epsilon.

Day to day, your role includes:

  • Ensure service delivery is meeting and exceeding client expectations contributing to high client satisfaction:

  • Coordinate and orchestrate delivery teams to ensure we act as one cohesive unit/team

  • Forecast and manage overall work breakdown and resource assignment; effectively anticipate, identify, and drive resolution to throughput bottlenecks

  • General delivery oversight such as internal & external status updates, stakeholder management and risk management

  • Drive process improvement initiatives

  • Identify and share work stream best practices

  • Build & nurture meaningful relationships with day-to-day clients

  • Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage delivery/engagement teams, oversee project delivery quality, schedules, and team resource management

  • Stay abreast of latest marketing technology trends and all of Epsilon’s product offerings to integrate in planning efforts, business development efforts and overall client roadmaps

  • Navigate across a complex organization and ensure Epsilon is servicing clients in a cohesive unified manner

  • Influence and inspire teams to collaborate effectively and promote a service mindset for clients

  • Interpret and prioritize client requests; engage the right subject matter experts to create best-in-class CRM strategies & solutions

  • Owning the financials for clients, including forecasts, budgets, and investments – ensuring that key financial responsibilities are mutually understood and agreed upon

  • Developing team members by coaching, training, and identifying areas for growth – you’ll offer direct and consistent feedback and encourage your team to learn from mistakes

  • Willingness to travel as needed – you’re open to new places, new faces and new ideas

We’re looking for a talented VP, Client Engagement Lead with impressive work experience, which typically includes:

  • Four year college education highly preferred, MBA degree preferred, and 10 to 12 years of experience (ideally at an agency or consultancy), including 4+ years of leadership experience in integrated marketing and client relationship management with a digital scope

  • Superior analytical skills and strategic thinking – you’re strong on both IQ and EQ, as adept at reading data as you are at reading clients

  • Being outgoing and persistent in nature. Someone with the drive and research skills to build and nurture client and agency relationships

  • Artfully manages conflict- anticipating conflicts before they happen, based on knowledge of interpersonal and group dynamics.

  • Has effective ‘edge’ - the ability to push back and challenge as needed, while deepening internal and external relationships

  • Superb communication and presentation skills – you’re articulate, straightforward, engaging, and effective

  • Effective time-management, impeccable organization, and flexibility to adapt quickly to changes

  • Proven project management and performance management skills – you’re known for your ability to coach and develop talent, inspire, and drive change, and bring varied groups together to collaborate effectively

  • Demonstrated budget management and resource planning experience

Salary Range: $170,000.00 - $230,000.00
