Responsibilities

• Receives, processes, inputs customer orders. Manages process from order receipt to invoicing while screening information for accuracy and completeness.

• Partners with sales and manufacturing to analyze customer requirements as they are related to our production plan and proactively communicates updates to the customer.

• Enters orders, contacts customer and or sales representative promptly with resolution to problems and or alternatives; manages customer releases and ensure delivery dates are met.

• Maintains a professional relationship with internal and external departments for order completion.

• Proactively manages customers finished goods inventory levels.

• Promotes good work ethic and displays a team player mentality.

• Understands product line, delivery times, and company procedures.

• Performs special projects as assigned by Department Manager.
