JOB SUMMARY Assist IT Department with all job responsibilities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Maintain and routinely service all hardware and software. * Provide technical support to fellow employees. * Hardware, software and network installations and repair. * Troubleshoot software, hardware and network problems. * Inventory computer and network hardware/software. * Provide daily maintenance of season pass, turnstile, scanners & P.O. S. equipment. * Perform routine audits of all systems and all departments to investigate and repair any potential problems. * Other duties assigned by management.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Must be at least 18 years of age. * Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. * Must be available Monday-Sunday. * Valid NYS driver's license required. * Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Other. * Experience in the field of information systems. * Supervisory experience preferred. * Good communication skills required. * Good telephone skills required. * Must be able to bend, lift, carry and perform other duties involved in installing and checking hardware.
