Position Title: Warehouse Manager

Pay Grade: 11

Reports To: Purchasing Manager

Salary: $75,000

Job Summary

Warehouse Manager

Oversee the receiving process on a day to day basis.

• Ensure Hourly staff receives and organize incoming perishable product.

• Ensure that staff is handling all product according to company standard food safety compliance.

• Handle all inter-departmental communication to ensure production is happening efficiently and product is in house.

  Food Safety

• Be proficient in food safety and train all staff to handle product appropriately.

• Communicate directly with Compliance team to ensure food storage is being maintained and a high level.

• Conduct daily and weekly food safety walkthroughs with staff and management.

  Leadership

• Train employees to the level of standards set by USE and beyond

• Work with senior management to refine processes over time

• Bring new and innovative ideas to the department

  Administrative duties

• Handle all scheduling and payroll for the department.

• Send out daily reports to culinary and purchasing teams of missing items

• Help track waste and spending by using established systems
