Insight Global Office Administrator in Brooklyn, New York

Job Description

A client of Insight Global in the food & nutrition industry is looking for an office administrator to join their lively in-office team on a part time basis.

  • Checks: Conduct routine checks to ensure facilities are in good condition (e.g., lights, HVAC, security).

  • New Joiner Setup: Set up laptops and other equipment for new employees.

  • IT Coordination: Liaise with third-party IT teams to ensure proper laptop configuration.

  • Snack Ordering: Manage office supplies, including ordering snacks and refreshments.

  • Event Organization: Plan and organize office parties and events.

  • Basic Cleaning: Perform basic cleaning tasks to maintain a tidy workspace.

  • Office Access: Manage access control systems and maintain security protocols.

  • Influencer Gifting and Shipping: Handle basic shipping tasks related to influencer gifting.
