Base Pay Range: $110,900.00 - $188,500.00

Responsibilities *Work with hardware and software teams to develop high-performance image acquisition systems. *Evaluate and implement image processing and machine learning algorithms for FPGA design. *Define FPGA requirements and develop design from concept to prototype. *Responsible for design, verification, documentation, timing closure, and subsystem validation bring-up

Requirements * Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with complex FPGA designs is desired. * Experience with designing and evaluating image processing algorithms. * Experience with high bandwidth network design is a plus. * Experience with designing and evaluating machine learning neural networks for hardware implementation is desired. * Proficiency with hardware description language such as System Verilog; high-level synthesis is a plus. * Proficiency with FPGA design tools such as Vivado/Vitis and simulators such as VCS or Questa. * Understanding timing analysis is a must and experience with timing closure is highly desirable * Hands on experience with lab equipment like logic analyzer, oscilloscope, etc. is preferred. * Team player with excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Minimum Qualifications PhD with at least three years' relevant experience; or master's degree with at least six years' relevant experience.
